Our Services

The BF Federation of Homeowner Asss. Inc. (BFFHAI) continue to undertake various projects and activities that will make BF Homes Subdivision a more progressive, peaceful and better developed community.

Aside from major projects like road asphalting, drainage system rehabilitation, street lighting and flood control, a number of community-oriented services are ussually held at the BFFHAI Park/Clubhouse for the welfare ad convinience of homeowners and residents, as follows:

On their own, the various enclaves and homeowners associations would find it difficult to individually accomplish the above mentioned activities, particularly the major projects, withouta mother association (i.e BFFHAI) that would oversee, coordinate and manage everything. All subdivision wide programs that would serve the common interest of all homeowners and member enclaves are handled by the Federation. Most significant of these include the village security and safety (which require a big chunk of the Federation’s financial resources ) up keep of the environment , maintenance of major roads and management of traffic inside the whole Subdivision.

The thirty six (36) initial HOA members of BFFHAI apparently realized this only too well, hence, they formed/founded BFFHAI which currently has grown to sixty three (63) members.
